Spiritual Paths on the Journey to Racial Justice
Who’s Leading the Way?
The second talk in the series focuses on the role spiritual institutions, and their leadership, play in preparing congregations to enter into the field of racial justice work. Individuals can do a great deal but their work and philosophies are amplified when they find ways to come together. We will explore the power that lies in these spiritual gathering places and how the interplay between the individuals and the institutions can serve to educate and evolve the other.
This program is second in a series of Table Talks launched to explore the spiritual nature of the challenges confronting society today. Join us as we reflect on the tools that guide us in our individual and communal quests for racial justice and harmony.
